Irwin Schiff Trial Coverage by Freedom Law School (Segment 1)

10 Old Comments:

· "The State is not…a social institution administered in an anti-social way. It is an anti-social institution administered in the only way an anti-social institution can be administered, and by the kind of person who, in the nature of things, is best adapted to such service." Albert Nock

Does that mean that way back in the 1930's Albert Nock knew what was to become of the people in America as he watched the most vial things begin to happen?

Does the above post mean that the Judge named Dawson is anti-social as are the other judges who have acted in exactly the same manner throughout the country?

Recently in Hi. the judge denied 100% of the defendants motions while allowing 100% of the plaintiffs.

If you are going to "Quote" someone. State the date and where they said such a thing otherwise it is non-substanciated BS.

CJ, a few days ago you posted something about our "Official Record" that the IRS has on each of us, and that we can't just write to them and tell them to change it. I was thinking about this. What I came up with, is that they essentially have a spam filter on our record, because it is an "Official Record", that blocks everything that is not "Official",that is, not a government document or form. So to change our "Official Record", we have to submit the change on a government document or form that is "Official". Then, and only then, they will recognize and accept it as a change.
What do you think CJ?

You're on the right track Otis.

Dear Anon. 12:11 am
Albert Jay Nock wrote a Book, 1935 Titled "Our Enemy the State." The quote is from his book.

Now do Yourself a favor and get the book and actaully read and comprehend it and if you are one of those "taxpayer" types that can't read and not superimpose your personal feelings upon others words, it is available in audio form. CJ

* Good Morning Otis and wishing everyone a wonderful day,

I don't know the entire inner workings of how they (IRS) operates therefore I’ll answer your question and comments with the following.

I wasn't referring to the IMF or computer program since those are never timely, up to date, and complete as per 5 USC 552(a). See they have a built in "loophole" for themselves. [ "It's ok if the record reflects erroneous data, we don’t have to have it correct, and I direct your attention to 5 USC 552(a).” “Now members of the jury, it’s your job to hang the bastard using our fictional data!” ]

There is however a very small section contained within the Code of Federal Regulations that allows someone to actually change his or her “status” i.e. citizenship and since much of the problem is based on status and that alone…besides all the errors and trickery by use of language… it would be of value to have your status correct, would it not?

Think of it this way – how much IRS mail does a Chilean living in Chile receive? None! Wait – “Stop Right There” (a little Irwin levity) - unless that Chilean traveled to the U.S. and worked receiving remuneration for his work. That “remuneration” would be the amount that the “income tax” would be calculated.

NOW HEAR THIS - the TAX IS NOT IMPOSED on the Chilean’s income it is IMPOSED upon his being granted a “PRIVILEGE” by the US. This particular privilege is: a foreign person being granted permission (privilege) to work in the US!

YOU are being viewed as foreigners in, what is seemingly your own country! Thebais for the income tax is imposed upon the privilege of the US allowing you, a foreigner, to work! ( However there are other privileges as this is but one example. ) Could that be why the SS application states something like - you may not be able to be employed without the card? Most all the “employers” are also foreigners begin granted a PRIVILEGE to reside and work in this foreign (to them) country. EXCEPT for one small detail, many of you were born here! That would be the topic of another piece of the puzzle!!!

Otis, if you can contact Dale Eastman, or Non-liable through their web sites, maybe they can get you and I connected if you wish!
Respectfully submitted, CJ

BUT "how is that Chilean made liable" one may ask? No where in the code does it say he is liable.

That's correct, no where in title 26 does it say that, because the liablity statute doesn't appear in title 26...it is another title!

Hint: only foreigners are Mandated by law/statute to apply for and obtain a SS# PRIOR TO THEIR FIRST WORKING/EMPLOYMENT EVENT!!!!!!!! CJ

What Rights do "foreigners" have in the US?

You got it, they have only limited CIVIL RIGHTS as given them by CONGRESS! They do not have Consitutional Rights!

Every wonder why the judges may say, the Constitution doesn't apply here. Because the party before the judge is a foreigner!

Could that party be You? Is that why most of us don't have "Constitutuional Rights?"

Is that why Bob Schultz was told the government does not have to read, consider or respond to the Constitutional Right of Redress Of Grievance?

We are countrymen without a country! CJ
