SURE!!!

They practically did it back in 1944-1945 with the 94% tax rate.

Here you can see that the rate was 94% for those that made over $200,000; which would probably be $2,000,000 today. That would leave only $120,000 available if he had no deductions.

They could say; WE, the Congress, need to raise the revenue to prevent a worldwide war and that would entail putting a tax rate of 150% on every American.

If you don’t pay it then you are put in prison as a slave worker, and the politicians would be TOTALLY EXEMPT!

This trial, as an ongoing article, win or lose, is being written by The Constitutionalist for this blog. Serious suggestion as to how this story should be told from fellow patriots, such as what was the most important thing during the trial, what documents would have helped Mr. Schiff the most if he could have gotten them entered as evidence and what areas of the trial were the worst as far as judicial misconduct ect. are welcome. Wake up Congress has already made you a slave however true Americans are waking up why do you think they can't give Irwin a fair trial. I mean think about it the Micheal Jackson trial was shoved down our throats by the cable news networks. Just think of the oppourtunity the government missed by not televising Irwin's trial they had a chance to show once and for all the law that makes people liable to pay the income tax and they chose not to.

There are too many smart Lawyers that may NOT be in on the tax issues, but they may switch over to protect all of us if they heard what was going on with Schiff’s trial.

If you have missed it, there is a BIGGER story that is going on, and NOT being covered by the general media, and that is with an HONEST federal prosecutor, Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald. Not only does it involve the CIA/Valerie Plame leak-gate case, but also it leads to the 9/11/01 cover-up!

Ask yourself; Why did Bush wait 65 minutes after the first plane hit the WTC till he took any actions?
Well, that was after the 4th plane crashed in Pennsylvania, and that is when the New World Order said he could act on the situation!

Why was there a delay in taking action when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, and the top military officials there were NOT informed of the upcoming attack?
Well, it was to implement the Victory Tax Act and have more ‘voluntary’ American SLAVES!
