Trial Logs
Our government's ability to incarcerate innocent people is evidenced by the number of those being exonerated, most often through DNA evidence. These wrongful convictions evidence our judicial system's failure. Trial Logs is currently covering the government's prosecution of those who question the application of the income tax laws. It is our hope that this coverage will help us understand the failings of our justice system and help those struggling to comprehend this nation's income tax laws.

"I'd rather have a free bottle in front of me than a prefrontal lobotomy." Tom Waits
Get this. The jury asked the judge for a copy of Cindy's Internal Revenue Code Book and a copy of a new one for comparison. (Cindy's code book has all of her notes and other information written in the margins and the thing looks like it's been through a war) The judge denied them their request and said it would be problematic. (yeah! for the IRS it would be problematic)
That's because they will not find the law that makes the average American liable. Ha! It's not there!
I figure either way, if the judge agreed or not, the government is screwed, because now the jury is going to wonder why they can't see the law book for themselves.
The jury is now adjourned until Monday.

Even if Schiff is found not guilty it means nothing. All charges against Schiff are for WILLFUL.
So he would be found not guitly of Willfully Evaiding, Willfully Aiding, Willfully filing, Willfully not filing, Willfully failing to pay.
Such a ruling in no way shape or form says he is found not liable for or required to pay.
But Schiff and the so called tax patriots will do the same thing and praise such as the have done with the irrelevant rulings in Kuglin and Bannister.
