How can a person find out if this down and dirty dawson took a oath of office & where does one do such a thing?(secretary of state's office)Doug K. please respond.This man dawson has no spine at all.He must do what they tell him or the IRS will steal his car& maybe his right eye.Then he could not see any more.If one does not know anything & can not see then he would qualify as a judge.

This trial, as an ongoing article, win or lose, is being written by The Constitutionalist for this blog. Serious suggestion as to how this story should be told from fellow patriots, such as what was the most important thing during the trial, what documents would have helped Mr. Schiff the most if he could have gotten them entered as evidence and what areas of the trial were the worst as far as judicial misconduct ect. are welcome. you have to understand that when a judge, put in a place of power starts out in the wrong place he can not end up in the right place,never ever,not ever.You said something about blackmail,telling the truth in your own words is blackmail. Fact is you john do not know if the people should be taxed or not.You dont understand what Jesus said if you (JOHN) are ashamed to stand with him (JESUS) on sin & tax he (JESUS) WILL NOT STAND WITH YOU (JOHN) AT THE GATE. John stated very clearly that the "above" post is a form of "Blackmail" in that the post he refered to made accusations about the judge (no proof provided however)

John correctly identified “Looks like you better do what I want” as “blackmail”, though it could also be other things as well! John said that this is of poor taste, correctly so, and taints everyone, correctly so. He also seemed to believe it would be better to go after blackmailers than to go after someone with valid legal issues such as Schiff.

Now anonymous, why do you make the statements about John? He provided the facts about the behavior of an anonymous post and that the judge, from our vantage point committed some criminal acts within the confines of the Schiff trial.

Moreover anon...you stated, "Fact is you john do not know if the people should be taxed or not."

How did you anon. arrive at this conclusion? I would like your first hand personal knowledge of what John does and does not know?

Ballentines Law Dictionary states, "BLACKMAIL" A form of the crime of extortion, usually by threat of exposure of some conduct of teh victim which, if made public, would be harmful to him.

Now let's compare the above definition with the post of 3:32 am shall we?

The following is an exact quote from the letter that Congressman Dennis M. Hertel dated

WHAT IS FRUAD?

Let’s go back to a book that is 2000 years old and then replace the actions done as if it were happening today.

Christ threw the moneychangers out of the church because they were exchanging $10 U.S. Treasury Notes for $10 Federal Reserve Notes as that is all the government would allow in the 501(c)(3) church.
But those $10 Federal Reserve Notes are worth NOTHING in actuality.
Taxes have to be collected to pay for the printing of Federal Reserve Notes, and another word for this is USURY, which GOD disapproves of!
They just print up some more when they need them.
In the mean time they have legitimate U.S. Treasury Notes that they themselves could spend.

Let’s take a look at these and interchange the actual with today’s use, in the bold type:

You write on your checks, when you need to make a payment, the U.S. Treasury, but you are using Federal Reserve Notes to do so!

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. prison population, already the largest in the world, grew by 1.9 percent in 2004, leaving federal jails at 40 percent over capacity, according to Justice Department figures released on Sunday.

According to the International Center for Prison Studies at King's College in London, there are more people behind bars in the United States than in any other country.

China had the second-largest prison population with 1.5 million prisoners, according to statistics updated in April and cited by King's College. The total U.S. population is about 296 million, while China's is 1.3 billion.

The U.S. prison population continued to grow last year even though reports of violent crime during 2004 were at the lowest level since the government began compiling statistics 32 years ago, according to a government report released in September.

Ahh, the devilish paper and thought crimes have overtaken violent crime. Look out there goes someone thinking, arrest him and if he isn't quiet, shoot him!

Did you know if WE refuse to become a slave then the only other choice is to become a transient!

But then transients who refuse to show their SSN or official ID are arrested and the third time that is done they are charged, convicted, and imprisoned for 25 years under the 3 strikes law!

You have a choice to volunteer to confess on your tax return, give your SSN to your employer, or to do whatever the government wants you to do, or else become a transient who then becomes a prison worker!

The Just-us dept. should fine them as well. Maybe 500k each. Why not, they can't pay the fines while in jail and will not live long enough to either...

Ever wonder why the fines are so high for those in jail that had nothing before incarcerated?

They monitize those fines and create more phony money!

Not to get off topic, but let's keep our facts straight and correct. The Mormon faith does not practice nor condone polygamy. It's a felony to have more than one wife and the Mormon faith teaches to obey the law.
