Freedom Law School Conference Call (Seg 2)

19 Old Comments:

Mark this date on your calendar fellow patriots as THE DAY THE CONSTITUTION DIED BY THE HAND OF FEDERAL JUDGE KENT J. DAWSON AT THE ORDER OF THE FEDERAL MAFIA!
However, for your children or grandchildren’s sake the one thing we can do is flood the appeals court and the ACLU with protests regarding Judge Dawson’s rulings and jury instructions. Or, if you are capable, file an Amicus Curiae (friend of the court) brief with the appellate court in support of Irwin, Cindy and Mr. Cohen.
I will be posting an example (Mine) of an Amicus Curiae brief as soon as I get a copy of the transcript of the trial at;
http://helliseternal5.blogspot.com
I will also scan the transcript so anyone who wants a copy email theconstitutionalist@hotmail.com

When are you people gonna realize that George Noory is an agent for the same bastards who are destroying our republic?

The world is upside down - this is the age of deception - truth and lies have become interchangeable.

We cannot rely upon anything, nor anyone else outside of ourselves to make, or keep us free.

The only last and reliable measure to recover this country from the criminals is total revolution against the government.

Once you understand this, you will be much closer to knowing what you must do.

...wake me up when Washington is burning.

They didn't do anything wrong.

I'm lost, did the government prove anything?

Irwin lost! Spend a lot of money to go to Peymon's event in Atlanta.

At least Peymon will make some bucks off the deal . . .

Hey jurors:
So let me get this straight.

It's safer & more acceptable to rape & kill children in "the land of the free" than to write books questioning the status quo.

Did I get it right? ...because I think I did.

Had poor old Irwin just sodomized & killed a few kids (perhaps burying a few alive like the guy did in Florida) he'd be facing 4-10 years with no fines instead of 43 years with multi-million dollar fines!

Thanks for clarifying our nation's priorties for idiots like me. I never would have guessed it!

Great job you guys! I'm feeling safer already knowing that ol' bastard is locked up fer gud!!

How do you propose to get an un-doctored transcript of this trial Constitutionalist? I don't beleve you will get a true version of events of the trial. I will certainly file a Amicus Curiae (friend of the court)once you show me how.

I believe there are some fundamental things to be understood that will cast a lot of light on just what happened at this trial. I am no expert but I can refer you to a paper which just blew my mind. It explains in fascinating detail many hidden reasons (and there are many), just why this could never be a fair trial It's approx. 20 pages of real juicy stuff. If you are not aware of these issues, you will be stunned!

You can find it here: http://www.angelfire.com/az/sthurston/On_State_Citizenship.html

I only became aware of this whole issue as well as Irwin's trial just yesterday and so these points may have already been raised. I also would have thought that Irwin should have been aware of the issues referred to in this paper, but it appears to me he was not. If I'm wrong about this then please correct me. It still remains an absolutely fascinating document.

One other point I would like to mention is that the reason this is such a great country is precisely because of the Freedoms our Founding Fathers tried so hard to guarantee us. If we want to keep it great we urgently need to take it back in that direction. I believe the vast majority of people who work for government agencies share these ideals.

They are flesh and blood human beings just like ourselves with the same hopes and dreams. They too have been kept just as much in the dark as the public at large so as to serve the interests of just a handful of truly greedy tyrants. They simply have no choice but to follow orders even if their hearts are breaking on the inside. They are our brothers and sisters and we need to include them. I think we could use their help.

how is it that Joe Banister is acquitted of 11 charges by jury and Irwin same type charges is guilty? Anybody know?

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/25/2005 3:18 AM

is it really "by the hand of federal judge"? was it not the jury who found guilty on all counts?

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/25/2005 6:56 AM

"how is it that Joe Banister is acquitted of 11 charges by jury and Irwin same type charges is guilty? Anybody know?"

Banister was paying his taxes, which is why he wasn't even charged with failure to file.

"flood the appeals court and the ACLU"

The ACLU is smart enough to see that Irwin's case is a loser.

That is why there are NO civil rights groups having any interest in Irwin.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/25/2005 7:53 AM

You got it 8:53 am

The only "Rights" you have are to pay taxes and die! Ben Franklin said it!

You have the civil right to pay your tax or go to jail.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/25/2005 8:58 AM

ah! Well that makes sense. I got to pay the government to stay out of jail.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/25/2005 9:27 AM

The only "Rights" you have are to pay taxes and die! Ben Franklin said it!

Actually Franklin said the only things in life that are certain are death and taxes. Pity Irwin hasn't learned this axiom.

fsrptbvmobcjpexsitence is infinite. In all dimensions. There is no big bang.
Because of infinity there are
infinite cosmic big bangs eternally. The stars in the sky
are galakys. Ours is 100,000 light
years wide. There is an infinite number of them. The bigger the teloscopes the more they see, and there is no end, because space has no limits. Look in any direction and it goes for ever. So here is this experiment called life on a rock called Earth with humans, who do not seem to get along. Like every stick has two ends, half don!t like the other half. I have spent Jillions of hours studing Irwins work and found everything
to be True. Where are those who
can see the truth and do something
about it?
