Ronald Reagan said these words back in 1964 and here we are 40 years later the only things that have changed is the size of government and the further erosion of our Constitution (we have it in name only). Irwin's "trial" is merely symptomatic of it. The difference between Al qaeda and our government is that Al qaeda has stated their purpose is to destroy us. We are destroying ourselves from within. The kicker is that the people who are doing it (from the President, Congress, and the Supreme Court on down) swear an oath to protect the Constitution from "enemies both foreign and domestic".

A message for Judge Dawson and the prosecution, and any of their co-horts, INCLUDING Quatloos!:

Hey RADIO MIKE
If a juror finds out that one or all of them made a mistake or did not get CORRECT INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE JUDGE they can call it a miss trial, they have 7 days to do this.They dont have to be certain of the facts just call it a miss trial, just one of them.
INFORM THESE PEOPLE that he,she or all of them will be famouse in history for EVER ,maybe make a movie ,write a book or what ever!!!

Before I went & spoke to them they had no sin,now they have no excuse for their sin.
Tell one person that was on the jury that they made a mistake & did not receive correct instructions from the judge, GIVE them a reward if they will let you prove our point to them. 25,000 EURO or DOLLARS. BILL GATES DROPED THE DOLLAR FOR EURO"S on 10-20-05.HE must know something he is worth around $46.6 billion,worlds richest person.AT LEAST one of these juror's shuold know how rich this could make them! Even if everyone else think they are wrong!Every one of these juror's are more powerfull than the judge!JUST ONE IS MORE POWERFULL THAN THE JUDGE. THEY all cant be stupid.IT is the jurys duty to question the law!!!THEY don't have to listen to the judge, none of them have to.

Put a add in the las vagas tribune & offer 25,000 to a juror that will let you prove to them that they made a mistake or got the wrong instructions from the judge!Then when convenced have them call a mistrial. But they must do it within 7 days.

All of you judges were made by GOD & you must do his (GOD)works.When GOD creats something,he design it for his purpose.If a judge does not follow GOD'S law he will die,as a fish without water.

JESUS said everyone on the side of truth listens to me.

WHO does this judge dawson listen to?!!!!!What is TRUTH to this judge dawson? JUSES came into this world to testify to the truth.Therefore,Christ's Kingdom of truth is made up of citizens who are not only truth seekers but also truth followers.

Who does this judge dawson follow? dawson?????????WHO? WHO? WHO? WHO? YOU can only follow one! WHO IS dawson,WHO? WHO?WHO? tell us ,we follow the truth. this dawson can not show us the Law because JUSES did not give him a LAW TO SHOW TO ANYONE .. IF he did this dawson would not be afraid & expose it.Everything that GOD made can be shown without fear!Every thing GOD made is pleasing to the eye.The jury must be evil!Has this dawson heard of the ten LAWS given to man.Someone said he was a mormon,i thought they knew about the ten laws.Would one member of his church give him a copy of them? How does one help another when he wants no HELP? THIS dawson may be remembered for all the wrong reasons.

If in the mind of even one of those jurors they felt intimidated and felt that returning anything BUT guilty verdicts that they too would be the subjects of an IRS audit or IRS harrassment and/or intimidation; then it would be an automatic mistrial. Good luck ever getting the jury list. You'd have to put yourself in their position and you know full well that if you were one of those jurors that this had to cross your mind at some point and fear would just take over.

Get it straight!!!

What they were to give to Caesar is NO different then what you are to give to the United States, and that is ‘WHAT YOU ARE LIABLE FOR.’

Your wages (YOUR TIME) do NOT belong to the United States or else you would be a slave to them.

Matthew 22:21 (KJV) They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.

Compare what has been happening with the tax movement to what happened 2000 years ago and you will find that even Judge Dawson could be considered a modern day Pharisee!

Matthew 22 (KJV) v 15 Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk.
v 17 Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?

See Balzac v. Porto Rico, 258 U.S. 298 at 312 (1921), 42 S.Ct.

343, 66 L.Ed. 627. In Balzac, the High Court stated:

The United States District Court is not a true United States
court established under Article III of the Constitution to
administer the judicial power of the United States therein
conveyed. It is created by virtue of the sovereign
congressional faculty, granted under Article IV, Section 3,
of that instrument, of making all needful rules and
regulations respecting the territory belonging to the United
States. The resemblance of its jurisdiction to that of true
United States courts in offering an opportunity to
nonresidents of resorting to a tribunal not subject to local
influence, does not change its character as a mere
territorial court.

Wow! You're probably one of the brightest TP's around - you really should attempt to "fill the void" that was just created by your leader being convicted. Based on sentencing guidelines, he'll die in jail - which will hopefully save someone else from a life of financial ruin.
