Freedom Law School Conference Call (Seg 3)

Includes special guest appearence!

12 Old Comments:

Rosa Parks died today...along with many of the freedoms she stood for.

Coincidence?!?

I for one will "not go to the back of the bus."

You will never get a fair trial in any tax quart. You will never be free under the current system.

As of today, I'm done trying to comply with this corrupt system. Put me in jail if you must, but I'm never submitting another tax return so long as I live.

...this trail has only galvanized me!!!

We need more Rose Parks now more then ever.

"Irwin did not lose"

Yes, he did, just like he did the last two times too.

Put down the Koolaid and go on to your next silver bullet detax guru.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/25/2005 7:35 AM

Yes he lost, and so did every freedom loving American.

Step out of step with what the powers that be expect, stand for anything they don't want, and a kangaroo quart awaits you. Why even bother with the trial.

My fellow Americans, don’t expect justice any more, don’t even hope for it. Now you simply have nothing to lose.

I for one am drawing the line in the sand. I will no longer willingly comply with this corrupt system, and I am willing to stake my life, wealth, and personally liberty on that conviction!

Anyone who does not have the courage to stand up for their ideals (as Schiff did) and be willing to suffer, be imprisoned, and die for them has no ideals.

We admire courage for a reason. And call Irwin whatever vile name you choose you can NEVER TAKE FROM HIM THAT HE HAD THE COURAGE TO STAND UP FOR WHAT HE BELIEVED IN DESPITE THE RISK, DESPITE THE COST.

Can you say the same???

DEE, always be very careful how you word things on the blog for someone will take it, out of your meaning, and place it into their personal one.

Many love to extract things, out of context or away the obvious intent of the author and superimpose their personal thoughts upon you as would any one who has learned from their own personal oppressor!

The politicians say The Constitution is a LIVING DOCUMENT. Well, I say Judge Dawson took a legal knife and thrust it into the heart of The Constitution with his rulings. What is further sickening is as it lay bleeding to death the prosecutors stomped and kicked it with their glee.
I generally do nor believe in conspiracy theories but I cannot believe not one of the jurors heard Irwin’s words or saw what was going on. Therefore, if the truth is to come out as to what happened in the jury room then it must come from the mouth of one of those jurors. Even if we have to pay a juror for an interview then that is what we must do because misconduct during deliberations is an automatic mistrial. In that regard it was obvious Judge Dawson and the prosecution team knew what the verdict was before the jury delivered it.

I see that http://www.irwinschiff.blogspot.com/ is now removed.

Doug kenline tucked his tail and ran once the verdict was handed down.

Typical so-called patriot!

The ACLU filed a brief in support of Mr. Schiff’s fight to keep The Federal Mafia from being banned by the government.
We need to get the ACLU involved in overturning this conviction so you need to call or write Gary Peck and express your concern about the way this trial was conducted.

Executive Director: Gary Peck

The ACLU will not get involved with the criminal case.

Any hope to reform the current system is gone. This trial has proven that.

The system is broken beyond repair. We must abolish this system. We must abolish the IRS.

Fairtax.org

...that is the only hope we have now.

If we don't do it now when we can do it peacefully it's going to end up in violence.

Letters should be sent to; the Office of Management and Budget, the Congress, and The U.S. Supreme Court notifying them that Judge Dawson doesn’t give a rats patooty of what the US. Constitution has to say on; who can ISSUE FORMS that are required by legislative regulations, who WRITES the LAW, and who is the AUTHORITY to uphold the Constitution and is a judge’s superiors.

Possibly a joint effort with Bob Schulz and We The People Foundation sending the letters with our thousands of signatures, may be best!

Here is the regulation that specifies that there is NO form for the imposed ‘taxable income’ or the definition of ‘gross income.’
CFR Title 26: Internal Revenue
PART 602—OMB CONTROL NUMBERS UNDER THE PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT
§ 602.101 OMB Control numbers.

(a) Purpose. This part collects and displays the control numbers assigned to collections of information in Internal Revenue Service regulations by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980. The Internal Revenue Service intends that this part comply with the requirements of §§1320.7(f), 1320.12, 1320.13, and 1320.14 of 5 CFR part 1320 (OMB regulations implementing the Paperwork Reduction Act), for the display of control numbers assigned by OMB to collections of information in Internal Revenue Service regulations. This part does not display control numbers assigned by the Office of Management and Budget to collections of information of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.
* 1.1-1 ... None - Income tax on individuals.
1.1(h)-1(e) ... 1545-1654 - Capital gains look-through rule for sales or exchanges of interests in a partnership, S corporation, or trust.
* 1.61-1 ... None - Gross income.
1.61-15 ... 1545-0074 - Options received as payment of income.

Form 1040 is OMB 1545-0074

Congress should know, especially those from the state of Nevada, that Judge Dawson believes HE is the LAW and NOT Congress!
Maybe a Nevada Congressman could find his favorite constituents in Judge Dawson’s courtroom and they would be found guilty because the Judge Dawson didn’t like the Congressman!

The U.S. Supreme Court should know that their court decision’s, even from their predecessors, aren’t worth the paper they are written on according to Judge Dawson! NOT a single court case that I know of was allowed in by the defense!

I would suggest that Irwin’s and Cindy’s convictions may be a far better thing to do as a LOWER court decision does NOT carry as much weight as does a Appeals Court decision, or U.S. Supreme Court decision if it gets that far!

Maybe the last hope is for a federal prosecutor like Patrick Fitzgerald to make an investigation into this corruption!

For those that would like to where Irwin Schiff might end up is possibly here in Victorville, CA:

http://ludb.clui.org/ex/i/CA3344/
Description: A federal prison, built in 2000, across from George Air Force Base, which closed a few years ago (and is now Southern California Logistics Airport). Victorville is a medium security prison with over 1,000 inmates. It is common to find federal prisons next to military bases (as at Vandeberg and Nellis Air Force Bases), built on existing federal property. In the case of the new Victorville Prison, the closure of George in the early 1990's created an economic vacuum that brought the prison. It is home to John Walker Lindh, the 'American Taliban."

It is only 190 miles from Las Vegas and possibly the best one for him to be incarcerated in in that area.

I had a chance to go and apply there, but they were not excepting older officers like me.
I know what is like to be in prison and I had my life threatened several times, but like Irwin, I stood my ground, and some of those inmates respected me for it!
