Doug Kenline interview wiht Irwin Schiff (1 of 3)

19 Old Comments:

I have to believe that at least one juror will find Irwin guilty while the rest will acquit him. The reason I say that think about the first trial of Dick Simkanin where one of the jurors turned that into a hung jury the rest found him innocent. If this happens in this trial we must find out the name of the juror. There is no doubt the scumbags (government) will have planted a juror. They cannot afford to lose this case.

Ahhh, the "plant" spin has finally surfaced. The fact that "Irvin" will lose because he's guilty as the day is long, is besides the point - right?

What type of plant? Callistephus Chinensis? Centaurea cyanus? Impatiens Balsamina? Ocimum basilicum? Tagetes? Dicentra Spectabilis? Ixora coccinea?

Please don't keep it a secret, enquiring minds want to know!

ps "CJ", still here bucko.

What plant you ask? How about the one the idiot prosecutor who wrote the above planted! Did you know your emails can be traced Mister, soon to be on the run, Prosecutor!

"Blog Post"
" E Mail"

Two different critters 12:18am. 'sides, I don't really care if you know who I am or not. The only thing I have to worry about is if you decide to put the wheels back on your house and travel down Nevada way..

Them you better start worrying cause I be in Las Vegas right now!

Frank Buckner my rear end. You trace back to Judge Dawson's office!

By Blogger The Law, at 10/08/2005 11:41 PM

You are so full of crap it's gotta be coming outta your ears. zblackidiotz (I got that name right, didn't I?)

Vegas, huh? Head 90 miles south on 95 and where will you be then?

Irwin thinks every judge is a criminal? Well, THAT sounds like the rantings of a twice-convicted felon about to go down for a LLLooonnnnggggg time.

Everybody is wrong except Irwin; talk about a ego trip.

Hey Frank Buckner -

Would you say that the behavior of the judge in Irwin's trial is impartial?

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/09/2005 1:22 AM

Getting worried that the public is on to you Frank Buckner. You better be. Public tolerance of your type is running out.

Equating tp's with the "public"? That's rich. All 3 daily supporters that show up at "Irvin's" trial pretty much proves your point, right? BTW, the poster on another thread who mentioned that the judge is sustaining the Governments objections and not sustaining "Irvins". You can't object to something simply because you don't like the answer or it's not conforming to your skewed view of the world. Shocking, but true. Still haven't told me the exact kind of plant on the jury.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/09/2005 7:09 AM

Frank Buckner you seem pretty confident that Irwin is going to be convicted is there something that you know that no else does. How do you feel about a Dawson visiting with the prosecution with out the defense presence. Talk your way around that one. I would be astonished if twelve jurors could be planted in this case. One juror I am more than certain will have been planted to ensure a hung jury. God help a lone juror holding a verdict of guilty. Like I said public tolerance is wearing thin.

Even people who don't want to fight the fight are having their eyes opened.

As one person said when I explained the ruling in the We The People lawsuit that guts the first amendments MAIN purpose: "Let's see how the case progresses in the appeals process. I'm not concerned yet."

This person who owns no guns will acquire them if the Right to Petition gets gutted in the appeals process.

Public tolerance of your type is running out.

The question is, who is going to be the first casualty? The tyrants or the shills?

Just returned from Vacation

Spent a week in what is probably the most beautiful city in North America. Victoria, BC.

Temps in the 70's. Ahh, then back to my scorching desert life.

Frank,

Each post you make further proves what a moron you really are.

It's unlikely a man with your limited intelligence and mindless loyalty to a corrupt government would survive in the private sector. So tell us, which government agency do you work for?

What is your role in the corruption of our nation? Maybe you could share that with us.

"Each post you make further proves what a moron you really are."

Thank you. I feel honored that such a title has been bestowed by such an obvious master. Thanks again.
