Irwin Schiff Trial update by Mark Yannone

9 Old Comments:

Mark's voice is really loud, and Irwin's is so soft I can't really hear what he's saying. Anyone else have this problem?

Just like the judge said to Irwin:
Read his lips.

Sometimes Irwin is tired at the end of the day and he speaks softly and maybe not directly into the phone. I've been scolded to speak into the phone so many times that it's almost second nature to me now.

In the future I'll ask Irwin to speak boldly into the phone.

Doug Kenline and Gene Chapman are homosexual lovers, did you know that?

So what's that got to do with the price of tea in China?

There's an element of the patriot movement we could all do without.

Yes you have the right to express your personal opinion and pass judgment upon others and yes you shall also be held to a standard and usually for people it seems ok to denounce others but not so fun when it happens to you, especially so when it may be false…hmmm…isn’t that similar to what is happening to Irwin as we write?

There are many things in the world that, at any given time, anyone could say they could do without. BUT what does that have to do with the conversion of your citizenship from an American with a birth right protected by the government under the people and the bill of rights and more…to a mere user under a legislative democracy imposed by the barrel of a gun. Sounds like what is happening to Irwin and his witnesses as well.

Don’t believe… see www.givemelibery.org and read about the 1st amendment case wherein the judge says that YOUR government does not have to read, consider or respond to anything you say. More at www.lewrockwell.com and read the article “Waco Reprise.” OR read about your secretary of state, Rice, using the phrase that legislative democracy is being spread (not Republic) throughout the world by use of the barrel of a gun.

Good thing you have the opportunity to bring up your issues about two guys.
