Irwin Schiff Trial Coverage by Freedom Law School (Segment 4 of 5)

8 Old Comments:

If Nicholson hadn't heard from the IRS, why was he fighting to remove tax liens?

From World Net Daily:

"According to the Las Vegas Tribune newspaper, the Oct. 10 incident occurred when Wiley Davis, an IRS Team Manager from Colorado, became agitated with Las Vegas resident Ken Nicholson during a hearing to discuss an IRS lien against some property owned by Nicholson."

You sure better hope the jurors aren't listening to these audioblogs. Calling them fat, lazy, and stupid people won't help your case much.

Nicholson sure seems to know something that you may not, and that is "contract." He certainly presents that he knows that one has to enter into contract with the Federal U.S. as stated in Article 1 section 8 clause 17 of the Constitution and that if he doesn't enter into a contrat with that U.S. they haven't enforceable power, even under a colorable nature. And yet, you didn't answer the question.

How many have had funds STOLEN out of their bank accounts CONTRARY TO LAW, WITHOUT NOTICE AS REQUIRED BY LAW, by the lying thieving scum at the IRS conducting mail fraud by sending fraudulent "notices" of non existent levies?

From where I sit, with money STOLEN by fraud, the scum at the IRS don't follow the law.

Maybe the scum at the IRS created a fraudulent lien without notifying him.

Speaking of Mr. Nicholson's being assaulted, I forgot I had this clip (which means I don't remember where I downloaded it from).

Channel 13 in (I assume) Las Vegas.

13 news:Nicholson assaulted 3.4 mb mov file.

The jury was a bunch of fat lazy people, and it's not "your" case as you put it. To the contrary, everyone has a vested interest in the outcome of this trial.

As to your question, "If Nicholson (that should read) "If Mr. Nicholson

I demand you treat me with respect if you're going to use my property without my consent, due process and/or compensation prior to the use of that property. I see you understand the importance of anonimity, don't you, Mr. Anonymous.

To continue... If Mr. Nicholson hadn't heard from the IRS, why was he fighting to remove tax liens?"

I asserted I'd pay my friends account if Mr. Davis or Renee Swells would produce the specific section identifying the liability to the particular tax he was attempting to collect. They (the IRS) claimed all administrative measures had been met prior to the placing of the liens, but failed to produce the original or even a duplicated photocopy of a "notice and demand", notice of deficiency, or even a delegation order authorizing them to place the lien. Yet, they continued to insist the lien against my friend's property was valid. Have you read Senator Roth's book, "The Power to Destroy" with Section 6320 and 6330 together? I doubt it! Anyway, I digress...

Mr. Wiley Davis replied, "This book, through various sections, which I'm not going to quote, and I'm not going to look up makes you liable for the tax.

To which I responded with, how can that be so when section 26ยง4-- I couldn't conclude my statement without the traitors thief attacking me himself. Had he called security I would've gladly left the room, but that's not what this wee little man did. He jumps out of his chair and starts shoving and pushing me out the door injuring my groin (1500.00 dollars) in the process. To make matters worse, jerks like you support his immaturity, nor have you offered to pay for his tort/damages. No wonder this country's so messed up!

Regards
Mr. Nicholson
btw- thanks Dale, I didn't have a copy of news 13 before today.
