Our government's ability to incarcerate innocent people is evidenced by the number of those being exonerated, most often through DNA evidence. These wrongful convictions evidence our judicial system's failure. Trial Logs is currently covering the government's prosecution of those who question the application of the income tax laws. How many days has Sherry Jackson attended Irwin's trial?
How many days has Michael Badnarik attended Irwin's trial?
Looks like all of these people can spot a loser a mile off.
Despite a few dozen internet responses, there was still only about a half-dozen people who actually attended the trial last week.

What is this a popularity contest? People still have to work for a living and may not live close enough to get to the trial. Just because we are not at the trial doesn't mean we aren't listening and taking part in some other way.
The only losers we spot are the ones that belong to the government. Their lawless, corrupt ways need to be widely publicized to all Americans, even the anonymous ones with the blinders on.
Those of you that refuse to open your eyes and respond to the corruption and fraud committed by the government, by breaking their very own laws, are not Americans in my eyes. Regardless of what you think of Mr. Schiff, who I am a supporter of.

Oh, I am SURE the IRS Gestapo will be harassing ALL the defense witnesses for the rest of their lives;
that is their M.O., to instill FEAR just as the Judge did, probably under the suggestion, if not the instruction,of the Prosecuting Attorneys. After all, the Judge does EXACTLY as the Prosecution says. What the Judge tells the witnesses is, WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT (IRS and JUDICIAL, we work as a
TEAM) AND WE WILL NAIL YOU FOR SURE ONE DAY, SO WATCH OUT. (In other words, WHAT IN THE HELL
ARE DOING HERE, STUPID?)
Anyone believes the Judge is trying to do the witnesses a FAVOR, you are naive. The Judge does not give a RAT s patootee about the witnesses and we all know it. No Judge gives TAX DEFENDANTS and their supporters any favors. NONE. The Judges in these TAX CASES does not allow the LAW
to be reviewed or mentioned. The Judge says HE will tell the Jury the Law. Yes, he will, most certainly. The law as he wants to present it, not as written for any Jury to review; the law so as to assure and procure a CONVICTION.
The Judge accomplished his intent to instill fear (OFF THE RECORD, I might add, so no one can ever prove it on Appeal or other wise) .

Sorry was out of town and didn't get my comment in soon enough? Well here it is.
No matter what side, name calling produces nothing...HOWEVER let's examine the motives. There are people, who are supposed to be our fellow man and woman and fellow Americans that call people names, on the site, even though they don't know the people personally and the people have not done one thing to harm the name caller... NOW compare that with a person who may have been harmed or feels as though he or she IS being harmed, by the government (a fiction) and calls that body politic, that fiction, scumbags.
I don't defend the idea of name calling for it produces nothing as said, however it may relieve someone's stress, anger or pain that has been, in some form, inflicted upon them.
bottom line: I can understand to call a fiction a name when that fiction has sought to bring harm and WE ALL have been harmed in some form or other by the STATE, the Government. I cannot understand why someone would take personal stabs at another just because they believe differently and have not brought personal harm to the name caller.
Were not black people linched because they "looked" different. Why maintain that type of view against individuals because they may think, read or comprehend different?
I found my father with his head mostly seperated from his body due to the outrageous pressure the IRS placed upon him. 84 yrs. filed and payed, fought overseas in TWO WARS and he either forgot to inclose the check or they lost it, for it was marked in his checkbook ledger, and they beat the snot out of him till finally he quit and then quit for good! Might a government that would do such a thing act like a scumbag?

I have seen the injustice the IRS can impose on a family as I am a witness of a 72 year old man who was put into prison on a misdemeanor for failure to file one year of income tax. He got 5 months of prison and 5 months home incarceration. The joke is the irs said if you will plead guilty to one year (this was a continual plea) no jail time guess what when it was time for sentencing they said we want to make an example of him we want jail time. I am so disappointed in this system. They wanted to make an example out of him but tell me WHO KNOWS THIS no one does.
