"Case agents are always allowed to sit in the court room for the entire criminal trial." \

well if it is 'always allowed' then I guess it must be OK! are you in full command of your faculties? what ever happened to the rule of law? has it been exchanged for the rule of always allowed?

That law that imposes a liability for Subtitle A - Income Taxes is....?

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/07/2005 5:43 PM

Section 1 of the Internal Revenue Code says that "There is hereby imposed on the taxable income of every individual a tax determined in accordance with the following table."

As explained in the regulations:

"Section 1 of the Code imposes an income tax on the income of every individual who is a citizen or resident of the United States ...." Treas. Reg. § 1.1-1(a)(1).

Anything else is just paytriot nonsense aimed at selling you products and books.

...and the code section that makes a person liable for the imposed tax in section 1 is???

Don' t stop now Anonymous, now move on to liability....come on you can do it. Well, in the case of "income tax" you can't go any further, can you...there is no liability.

Anything else is just nonsense aimed at selling lies to the American people.

Mr. Anonymous... §1 imposes the tax on.....? Citizens or residents of the United States, right? Are these certain residents of possessions considered citizens of the US "persons" defined in 26§7701(a)(1)? If so, how so....I mean; Was that by an election of some sort, like in 26§7701(b)(4)? Obviously, foreigners aren't citizens so they don't pay, Indians not taxed don't pay, nor do certain residents of possessions considered nonresidents not citizens of the US like in 26§2209. So my question becomes, how am I considered a US Person without consideration of my free volition (13th's prohibition of slavery within a power of attorney!) in making that election? Do we entertain a debate regarding Art.1§9.1 and the 14th amendment, or shall we go into "properties belonging to and under the control of congress" like in Art.4§3.2? Lastly, for this paragraph, the extraction of the currency i.e.., tax, is defined in 26§165(g)(2)(c), so my question is... is that currency a coinage found in Art.1§8.5 wherein Congress can legislate the form of currency within its district as in Art.1§8.17 together, of course, with the territories pursuant to Art.4§3.2, - OR - is the form of currency compliant with Art.1§10.1 wherein no state shall coin anything but gold and silver? In other words, which currency is the extraction mandated upon? If not gold and silver, then why are you (in general) coming into my country (freely associated compact state - 28§297) and demanding other than or greater than sums required by law?

Let me ask another if I may... and I might add, this is the single most important question I can ask of you. Is there any correlation between the filing of the FORM 1040 and code section 26§1040, whether it be the first filing, mid life's filings or even in death. Let me explain my particular situation.... I'm the executor of a life estate with an interest in my family farm etc., real property and I'm not clear upon who the tax is imposed.

All of you folks just flat aren't keeping score ? If you had a pad in the courtroom to "keep score" of "objections sustained" for the gov't versus the evidence that Irwin TRIED to get introduced THAT WAS DENIED (and most evidence IS THE GOV'T'S OWN DOCUMENTS !!) is probably 150-1 in favor of the gov't !! I guess all the "Irwin bashers" (YES U QUATLOOS !!) among others- How would you like to be in a courtroom where the judge says ""I will not allow the law in my courtroom!" (aaaah, what da hell exactly IS YOUR JOB, A_______E ? If "law" can't exist IN YOUR COURTROOM, then WHAT CAN BE HEARD ? I got a idea- JUDICIAL TYRANNY !!! Wake up folks and QUATLOOS SHUT UP- You're just flat in denial of the truth and just trying to keep your "internet faceless face" IN THIS BLOG !!!!
