A great injustice was perpetrated during the trial of Irwin Schiff which you can learn about at http://helliseternal6.blogspot.com
After you do please read the following and if you are willing to help then forward it to everyone you know and ask them to forward it to everyone they know.
The ACLU filed a brief in support of Mr. Schiff’s fight to keep The Federal Mafia from being banned by the government.
Those of you who want to help Mr. Schiff need to help us get the ACLU involved in overturning this conviction. So stop whatever you are doing and call, write or email Gary Peck and express your concern about the way this trial was conducted.

Also, we need the most well known and respected appellate attorneys in the United States, Mr. Alan Dershowitx and Mr. Barry Scheck involved. Therefore, you and everyone you know need to email, call, write or fax Mr. Dershowitz and Mr. Scheck and ask them to look into the egregious judicial misconduct demonstrated by Federal Judge Kent Dawson during Mr. Schiff’s trial.

The ACLU and Mr. Derschowitz are no friends of the Constitution, Christianity or liberty but would be greatful of their input.

Recourse via a people's court? Transparency of the judge and jury admitted into evidence or as standard ops. Findings then submitted to politicians with votes hanging as leverage? Can't you see a member of the House Ways and Means ...well, they'd never show up...testifying as to the law as written by congress in their own records.

Mike the radio rebel has no clue what he is talking about. His facts are all wrong!

1. Neun's attorney stated in his opening statemnet that Neun was finished with all the tax matters, Irwin and all other's related to the tax movement.

2. So now she is posting to the blogs making her attorney look like a liar and her self.

3. Neun is not in any Federal pen she is in another city dentention center.

4. Neun lied about the money of inheritance to the court and there for what she says cannot be believed!

5. Neun has not benn in a wheel chair for well over 15 years. Not recently as Mike want to claim.

6. Mike the radio rebel did no pay for Irwins new attorney from chicago it is Irwin's son whom is paying and has paid for the attorney to come in from Chicago.

Who is James Rogan and how can he help us?

I was an acquaintance of his, but I do not know how to contact him, or if he would be interested in assisting Schiff.

He does know how to go after someone to take them down, as he was one of the House managers for Clinton's impeachment trial, with much of the television time focused on him, so he did get Clinton impeached.

Try very hard to keep in mind that EVERYTHING mentioned "publicly" about the "federal income tax system" is designed for misdirection. EVERYTHING! How do we know? Here's how. In the mid-60's, or mid-70's, the question was posed to the American Bar Association along these lines: "How do we get/keep around 150,000,000 filers annually?" After several months of focus and study, the answer came back this way: Prosecute about 2,000 people a year with criminal tax sanctions.

Create many avenues, (a variety) of prosecutions. Lead people down the wrong path to hide the truth and presecute to scare others into compliance.

Unsubstanciated hearsay!

All posts are hearsay Paco, for none provide sworn affidavits, which are only valid if the signer is available to testify, live in court, to its authenticity.

The post above provides for thought:
1. The above post is from a Lawyer.
2. We know the IRS infiltrates groups and publishes things with mis-leading language.
3. We know people fall for the mis-leading language either to agree or to argue.
4. We know people get indicted and imprisoned for using the ideas derived from the mis-leading language.
5. We know people flock to the "negotiators" to settle with the IRS after huge tax case losses like Irwin’s.
6. We know Irwin was tried on his thoughts, Larkin on his, which were different, Thompson on his, Samkinen on his et.al.
7. We know that not one was found correct, why is that?

Is the court always wrong or does the court know something the above persons do not?

While it is absolute that the courts are corrupt for all society is corrupt somewhere and somehow. It is also true that the behavior of many judges is reprehensible. But it is not true that the court is always wrong. Don’t let your preconceived idea void your mind of alternate ideas, thoughts and concepts.

Is it true that ten cases of green onions with 3 cloves of garlic for ten days will renove a curse? will someone look this up somewhere? John Turner we need your help! Call Sherry Jackson & have her ask around.She is one of the smarter female's on this planet! Saved by green onions & garlic. A guy told me that garlic was the bodies cleanser, his grandmother also said this & that lemon juice kills most things even aids. WOW!!!!
