The trial for Tessa Rose starts Monday. Tessa will be represented by counsel. We would like to provide responsible reporting of the trial. We will certainly be praying for a possitive outcome. Please let me know if you are planning to attend and would be interested in providing us updates.

Someone close to Bill Benson informs of the following:

I had a face to face conversation with Bill Benson last week. He has not been indicted and is not standing trial. He has some administrative action against him, and he indicated that he needs to respond by December.

Lastly, Dr. Ward Dean's trial has been moved to December 5th.
