Dear IRS,

I am an immigrant that has recently arrived in this wonderful country.

Several friends of mine have mentioned income taxes.

I must say, I am confused.

Before filling out forms, I must first learn, which if any form I am
required to fill out.

Please tell me do I need to read the entire IRS Code to understand my
responsibility to file a certain form or are there specific sections
that I should read to learn whether ot not I am liable for any taxes?

Yours truly,

Confused Immigrant

"Ignorance of the law is no excuse."

I can't (I don't and I won't) tell you what to do. I can only show you what I myself have learned.

Oh! P.S. Are you trolling the Statists or the Scholars?

So many paytriots willing to step in and take over Schiff's client list. Doesn't their generosity just warm your heart?

Hey Confused Immigrant,

You might want to think about going back home and whatever you do-never become a U.S. Citizen or Resident. It will be a curse on you for the rest of your life.

Good luck livin' in Amerika!

Supreme Court Developments
By The Associated Press

October 3, 2005, 3:14 PM EDT

In the first day of its new term Monday, the Supreme Court:

* Rejected an appeal from Nevada tax protester Irwin Schiff who was barred from selling a book that claims paying federal income tax is voluntary. (Schiff v. United States, 04-1383)

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/03/2005 4:28 PM

And Schifty's streak of unabated losses continues, marred only by the $100,000 he avoided paying when that tax attorney in St. Louis called him on the bet (the court said that the attorney won the bet, but that Schifty had revoked the offer at the end of his show).

Anyhow, it shows what the U.S. Supreme Court thinks about Schifty.

Your First Amendment
Free Speech - Remember That?

Since government functionaries don't want the American public to discover the truth about how the government illegally enforces the payment of income taxes (and how the public might protect itself) they've persuaded U.S. District Court Judge, Lloyd D. George to enjoin me from selling “The Federal Mafia:How the Government Illegally Imposes and Unlawfully Collects Income Taxes" (and presumably other information as well).

The following is the first page of Judge George’s 35 page Order. To fully appreciate the utter lawlessness of his Order, be sure to read the first paragraph of page 34 in which Judge George enjoins me from alleging some 6 specific “positions” in connection with income taxes. Then read the pleadings I filed in connection with my criminal and civil case involving these "positions," especially those pleadings involving the meaning of “income.” Of course, also read the government’s responses with respect to these "positions.".

Comments on "Dr." Clarkson - disbarred attorney.

Who is "IRVIN" Schiff?

What is "attackeded"?

New World Order references - six!

But I could have missed one, Clarkson was so [sarcasm]engrossing[/sarcasm], I dozed off during the "interview".

Nobody "banned" Irwin's book ~ that's just another TP lie. Hell, Angela and RW Moore are selling it like crazy on E-Bay.

What the court did do is to keep Irwin from scamming people by selling it to them. The U.S. Supreme Court agreed. End of story.

You may return to your regularly scheduled pro wrasslin' program now.

Was I being "Secret" anon? No? Well, then it doesn't fit the definition and tax protesters should be all over that "fit the definition" thang, right? ANON, gotta love it when people have enough courage in their convictions to post under their real and true names.
