Hello, Jerry Hosteg here.

I am all for the rights of the people, and for freedom. But the fact that Irwin is leading the public to believe the truth, is causing them to get in trouble with the government, to get stressed and depressed, and even put in jail because of the corruption of the judicial system. Therefore the risk of not paying taxes is too much! People have families to take care of, and bringing up a battle with the government is just too risky! The true American really would take on such a battle with a state of mind of "Give me liberty or give me death."

But the majority of Americans do not have this state of mind and therefore the truth does not and will never prevail. The IRS's power will prevail, and we just have to accept it because the courts are biased and we can't do anything about it.

Besides, the blind people support the government! The government, and the convinced people, says if you don't pay taxes, we won't have a government, and we would have no way paying for government services or "usefull" programs.

The reason why I say the public is blind to a corrupt government:

Have you seen when president Bush, or someone in power enter a room, conference, or any kind of public appearance filled with people? I noticed the people clapping and cheering. I don't understand why people do this without knowing why they are clapping and cheering.

Ahh, but what government do you speak of? Are you trying to write about the original Constitutional Republic or are you talking about the current "legislative Democracy?" Think, the term democracy is used exclusively to identify this country and we are speading legislative democracy through out the world by the use of a "gun barrel" as stated by our Secretary of State, Rice, at Princton recently and posted on another blog.

During the Republic we would not and did not see the overts acts by government that we see today now that we live under and have been converted to being a Legislative Democracy.

Ever wonder why the U.S. Judges say, "the Constitution does not apply or is not allowed in this court" Ever wonder why the "U.S." judges say, "no law is allowed in this court." Could it be that the Republic is no longer in force?

Ever ask another or yourself..."How did they do that, it is UN-Constitutional to do that, it says so right here?" I know that most have, on some subject or another. Now how did they do it...that's the real question to ask. OR HOW did "they" place us, "Americans" having a birth right, under a form of government that opperates outside the boundaries we were all taught in school? Seek the legal definition of a U.S. CITIZEN and you are at the starting line or wondering and finding out. CJ

Jerry Hosteg you are absolutely right. It is time for the citizens of America to stop being such cowards. Where ever I go I hear people showing disgust for their government and yet they sit by and allow this bunch of thugs get away with it. We have all these different groups who are anti- government as they should be. It’s time to bring them under one roof and start a peaceful march across this country. We know that the scumbags will turn the situation violent, but that will work in our favor just like it did in India when the British turned violent against Gandhi’s followers. For god sake America have some guts and take control, contrary to the news media’s portrayal that this is the best government in the world. The truth is it is one of the worst I believe that one day it will commit greater atrocities than the Nazi’s. This courts behavior is proof enough of the direction we are going.

When someone notes that without taxes the government would crumble, note that there was a time when we did not have these weighty taxes and the government functioned just fine without them because it was responsible.

The truth is out there, hidden in plain sight.
