Larken - Day Three Conference Call (1 of 3) (James Babb, Ken Evans, Mike Badnarik, Quince Eddens, David Jahn)

2 Old Comments:

You mentioned that you thought that the Judge was being fair to Larken in this case.
BUT,
Sherry just stated that the JUDGE himself ( not the prosecutor ) brought up to the jury the fact that the BELL case was just upheld and the injunction supported by the court. The Judge stated that this has nothing to do with this case ( Larken's case ), but he just wanted to let the jury know anyway.
HOW IS IT THAT YOU BELIEVE THIS IS FAIR TO LARKEN ?!

Hi Jeff,

If you use the conduct of the Judge (McBride?) who presided over the persecution of Dick Simkanin as your reference base, you will consider this Judge to be somewhat balanced.

However, he is not without sin as Sherry Jackson has graciously pointed out.

Thanks for the comment.
