In *real* criminal trials the defense usually objects to prosecution tactics. In this facade, the prosecution is objecting to the defense. It really makes you stop and wonder. Just exactly who/what is on trial here?

Larken does not appear to be afraid of the truth. If the government is in the right, then what is there to fear? If Larken's understanding of the law is oncorrect, then why doesn't the government just answer the questions?
