Judge Dawson is the black robe that will have to live with his decision. Judge Dawson is the one that is crucifyng Irwin Schiff. If anything happens to him, YOU Kent J. Dawson are personally responsible.

Read your bible Mr. Dawson because as we all know, history tends to repeat itself. Remember that what you have spoken into the record will come back on you and your loved ones. We don't have to do anything to you so don't be afraid of us. It's your own evil spirit that will do you in.

Thank you Mike for what you are doing for Irwin and Cindy.

You are a truly good person. God bless you.

For everyone else, do what you can do! I emailed every single TV station, newspaper and radio station in Las Vegas to ask them to report on this injustice.

Like Mike said, make phone calls ! Write letters ! Remember, even Rosa Parks changed history by refusing the status quo. Now is the time for action.

Do you want to hear about a reporter’s view of taxation, the Federal Reserve, and government corruption?

Go to hear Jim McCanney directly at:

Or scroll down on his site to Oct. 27, 2005:

He also talks about other issues, and one of them is the current bird flue epidemic.

Maybe I should start printing billions of NON-LIABLE Reserve Notes, but the government will come after me because they are the only ones allowed to let the Federal Reserve, a private corporation, print FRIVOLOUS Notes!

The next step is the microchip implant to save money on the printing costs!

BEWARE to those that are protecting us from Irwin Schiff, OOPS correction, protecting Irwin Schiff from the outside world!!!

If Irwin happens to die due to the lack of medication and other mistreatment then you will possibly loose your job and possibly your freedom as Irwin did!

If Irwin happens to die, then don’t take it upon yourself to have an autopsy and declare him to have died of natural causes and then cremate his body as you were ordered to do so!

ONE COVER-UP AFTER ANOTHER DOES NOT PREVENT AN INVESTIGATION THAT WOULD BRING ABOUT MANSLAUGHTER CHARGES FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED INCLUDING THE PROSECUTION, JURORS, AND EVEN JUDGE DAWSON!!!

This is NOT a THREAT, but the realization of what I know in the corrections field, and I know very well from Mike’s comments when he visited Irwin, that Irwin is being horrendously mistreated for being just a person who did not pay taxes, rather than a mass murderer.

I am a follower of Irwin’s, and I have worked with inmates that have threatened my life, but it has never been as serious as what I heard to what they are doing to him! The prison officials are mandated by LAW to feed them three nutritional meals every day and give them the required medication if it is needed. If the city jail prevents Irwin from making any complaints or destroys the documents, Habeas Corpus, then they will have to answer to those charges as well!

A complaint to a Congressman or possibly a federal prosecutor like Patrick Fitzgerald could get some action taken to assist Irwin and Cindy. Maybe a call to the governor would get some action. States do have some authority to prevent criminal behavior by federal officials, or even city officials since he is presently in a city jail.

If I have to go to jail for my comment here then we know for sure that the government does not like FREEDOM OF SPEECH FROM ITS SLAVES!!!

Judge orders IRS to pay Buffett's firm more than $23 million

By Kevin O'Hanlon / Associated Press

LINCOLN, Neb. -- A federal judge on Friday ordered the Internal Revenue Service to pay billionaire Warren Buffett's investment company more than $23 million in taxes and interest for disallowing certain deductions.

http://www.detnews.com/2005/business/0510/29/biz-364923.htm

Why doesn’t Warren Buffett assist Irwin to get out of jail if he just made a big bunus?

Sixty thousand supporters could cause havoc on the strip with just a peaceful march. Some how some way this many people could be organized? What is the matter with you Americans are you afraid or are you too lazy to get out from your comfort zone? Are you a bunch of cowards? This type of justice which is no better than North Korea, China, Iran or Zimbabwe has to be stamped out. Writing to congressmen is only one small part of the solution and most of you are too lazy to do that. Mass demonstration is what is needed, are you going to sell your country out like the jury did? I have not heard one of you radio guys call for a mass rally down the strip that includes you Mike, Bob Schultz or any one else. If I had a radio station I would be advertising action everyday regardless if I lost my radio station or not. Someone has to get things moving, someone with a voice. I am ready and I am not a citizen. I would love to be deported over this court case. You are the biggest disappointment Bob Schultz you have a big following and all you are is hot air no action. We have a man sitting in jail slowly being murdered by the Gestapo his only crime was to quote the law as written and sixty thousand supporters sit passively by and do nothing. I am as ashamed of you as I am your government. English people to this day do not pay an unfair poll tax passed by the Thatcher government, they stood up and did something about the situation. Anyway I am wasting my time with you cowardly Americans what a useless nation.

Ok, I've read a description of habeous corpus...how do we file? Constitutional violations seem to only be considered which should be a slam dunk...well, who knows seeing how deep this rabbit hole is, but I think we can get quite a few petitioners to be sign ons, especially those who have followed this kangaroo court closely.

Could it be prepared for the Atlanta convention?

God Bless you, Mike

Story On Schiff

By Anonymous comment deleted, at 10/30/2005 10:00 AM

THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, THE JUDGE AND THE JURORS ARE CRIMINALS....

WE HAVE FOUR THINGS STRONGLY IN OUR FAVOR.

1-Number one is GOD.

2-IS THE LAW. The IRS nor the DOJ have ever been able to provide any LAW that supports paying an “INCOME” tax. The U.S. Constitution does not support this tax. The Constitution was written in clear, simple English long before 10,000 pages of “code” was done. Remember: It is the Internal Revenue Code, not the Internal Revenue Law. The “code” is only rules and regulations for some people. Hmmm, wonder who they are?..

3-IS JURISDICTION. You an I are not federal workers nor employees of the government. The federal government has no Territorial Jurisdiction over you nor I to demand a tax on our right to work. Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution simplifies federal territory and jurisdiction. Whatever state you live in today plainly confirms that a state must “cede” any property to the federal government and the federal government must do a formal acceptance. Federal matters have no significance to state matters when it comes to jurisdiction. To date, as many times as we have asked them, the government (if that is what you want to call the Department of Justice) has not entered any evidence into the record showing that they have exclusive jurisdiction over certain land areas within most counties in the US of A, where most of us live and conduct our business.

4-ARE THE SUBSTANTIVE REGULATIONS. Now we really come to the heart of the matter, For each section of the Internal Revenue Code, there MUST be regulations that govern that particular section. Everything dealing with paying a tax, or, promoting "TAX AVOIDANCE", have no “substantive regulations”, therefore, NO “FORCE AND EFFECT OF LAW”. The use of “substantive regulations” is mandated by the Administrative Procedure Act. Adjudged decisions by the Supreme Court mandate that an action by a governmental agency that is not based on a “substantive regulation” is “VOID”.

the radio rebel said, Irwin has "followers" out there!

rhe leader is down and out and the followers don't know what to do.

better to be your own leader or follow the government.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/30/2005 10:52 AM

You talk-the-talk but won't walk-the-walk. Coward.
It is your country not mine I am prepared to go with with you guys on anything you want to do. If you think that some non citizen should get the ball rolling that proves how more worthless you are.

anon. 10:15 Good post -

I would like to offer that the "special law" used for a "certain class of people" doesn't have to be "substantive." It doesn’t have to be “enacted or positive.”
This issue has already been adjudicated. It is territorial law and that has been adjudicated as well.

WHAT? Just because it is not Positive Law or is not enacted does not mean it can’t be used. That is proven as well. It can be used but upon whom? Those laws are Special Laws and used for “Certain Classes of People.” Those people being, as you correctly identified in your paragraph about Art. 1, Sec. Clause 17-18 PERSONS wherein Congress has TOTAL JURISDICTION and that class of people do not have unqualified rights only those rights given to them by congress and under the terms and conditions that congress sets forth for them. They are US Persons and US Persons do not have unqualified rights. Congress is God over them. I have posted the cites on other threads.

Irwin is marked as one of those “special People” on their official record books and is being treated as such, albeit more harshly than most! It hurts and is sad but that is the way the game is played and many have been tortured because…well that’s the way the Babylonian Bitch Whore PLAYS THE GAME.

The only action available for those not in jail or prison is to take forward motion, forward action in becoming a non-special type person wherein you will have unqualified rights as opposed to qualified rights. To continue to argue the losing ideas only provides more misery for us and more JOY for Quatloos and the Babylonian Bitch Whore.

What did Franklin say?…”A Republic madam if you can keep it.” Most of us were born in a Republic, you didn’t keep it for yourself. You transfered over to the Legislative Democracy which spreads itself over the world through, as Condi Rice said, "the barrel of a gun."

Status is an Individual thing, EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF as code section 7852 (a) reflects.
Fix the record first! CJ

Now with the Hurricane Katrina disaster and a few oil refineries shut down, the big oil companies have increased their profits, mainly by increasing prices.

But what are they gong to get out of this when they deal with the IRS?

Maybe the only oil pumping stations and refineries will be in IRAQ, and that is why WE Americans are to be there, especially with the 400,000 shares of stock that Dick Cheney has in Haliburton!!!

When has a rancher or farmer, hit with a disaster like this, ever been able to recover within a month and make RECORD profits? NEVER!!!

Oil profits fuel consumer outrage
Exxon Mobil earned nearly $10 billion in third quarter

By Anne Thompson
Updated: 7:20 p.m. ET Oct. 28, 2005

“Our earnings are a function of how well we manage our business,” says the American Petroleum Institute's chief economist, John Felmy. “We're also producing record amounts of product, we're selling record amounts and we cut our cost dramatically. So that really affects the bottom line as much as anything else.”

If the way they manage their business is to GOUGE us buyers then they did not LIE!!!

Oil Companies' Profit, Sales Soar to Records

Associated Press | October 27, 2005
By STEVE QUINN

DALLAS (AP) - Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) rewrote the corporate record books Thursday as the oil company's third-quarter earnings soared to almost $10 billion and it became the first public company ever with quarterly sales topping $100 billion. Anglo-Dutch competitor Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA) wasn't far behind, posting a profit of $9 billion for the quarter.

Those results led Democrats in Congress to demand a new windfall profits tax. "Big oil behemoths are making out like bandits, while the average American family is getting killed by high gas prices, and soon-to-be record heating oil prices," Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said in a statement.

But Energy Secretary Samuel Bodman said President Bush opposes such a move and is instead considering a wide range of proposals to help cushion consumers, including the creation of an emergency reserve of gasoline and other refined products.

It appears the blog administrator is now like the government and censoring FREE SPEECH!

Why?

You should leave them so al can see what is being said whether it is for or against Schiff.

Don't be like the government!

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10/30/2005 2:54 PM

We can charge the government with DISCRIMINATION, and they do it based on; age, gender, ethnicity, and more.

What am I getting at?

They state: “Everyone is LIABLE for the tax because it is imposed, and that is a FACT!!!”

They state: “Everyone is REQUIRED to file a tax return if they are LIABLE!!!”

THEREFORE, EVERYONE IS REQUIRED to file a tax return regardless of whether they had ‘income’ or NOT, and because of their age, gender, ethnicity, and more.

Why should my parents, who are collecting SS benefits, be exempt from filing, when government’s LAW states EVERYONE is required to file?

The IRS can’t DISREGARD their own statements, allowing some to NOT file.

Illegal aliens get away with not filing and they are non-resident aliens, which by LAW are required to file a return.

By the way, when the government approved of Irwin filing ZERO returns 20 years ago can they still charge him for filing those false returns when they had a chance to go after him then? I Don’t think so, otherwise they are breaking more laws, as if they would go after the Howard Hughes Foundation for Howard Hughes NOT filing an individual tax return in 1933!

I will be writing to the IRS and be bringing this point of view up, and if they disregard it then I will have a blatant case of discrimination against them!!!

This from an annonymous poster. If you want your free speech honored here, the first step is to quit hiding behind anonymous post.

The second step would be to offer responsible comment. If your goal is to aggitate folks, then you should take your comments over to quatloos. They serve no purpose here.

"as if they would go after the Howard Hughes Foundation for Howard Hughes NOT filing an individual tax return in 1933!"

The Howard Hughes Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charity that was approved by the IRS. Let me guess, you have a nice pure trust to sell to the people here...

In my opinion, Judge Kent J. Dawson is a criminal. We should all organize to try him, even if it means confrotation with the government. Are we ready yet?
