Larken - Day Three

3 Old Comments:

Hi Sherry,

I am not an attorney either, but I believe Larken is actually allowed to ask not only questions related to the questions that the presecution has asked, but any question that related to the meeting in question or is within the shpere of the person's job scope and responsibilities that affected the subject matter of the case.

I was surprised that the prosecution rested their case so early. I thought they would have more evidence to present.

Thank you Sherry for being there.

Your ability to explain the various points of the code and IRS mischief has always impressed me. You are a very good communicator.

I heard that Pete M. is going to be a winess, are you? Who all are the witnesses for Larken, anyway?

I noticed that on a couple of recent radio shows, Mr. Joe Banister has backpedaled his position by telling people not to do what he did -- that they should keep filing, paying and employers withholding. That's wrong.

Please encourage all who are there to stand together on the truth. We who (sadly) couldn't make it will stand with you when called.

Thanks again for all your help.

Je Lacroix
