Larken - Day Four

1 Old Comments:

Hey Mike: thanks for reporting.

One point of note. You said the prosecutor was perpetually objecting to defense exhibits on "meaningless justification" grounds. The specific legal term for this, I believe, is "frivolous".

I have to wonder what the net effect will be of the gummint working so hard to prevent RELEVANT, CLEAR, EXCULPATORY evidence from being presented. No matter which way the jury votes, what do you think they will think when they get done and then find out just what was in those things the feds were so intent on keeping from them? (I'm sure at least some of them will be interested enough to find out -- and they WILL find out.)

Keep up the good work. BTW, I voted Peroutka, but would have been thrilled with you as well. ;-) I look forward to the day when Peroutka vs. Badnarik is a typical November headline square-off. DREAM BIG!
